Our VPS service is automatically backed up once a week and shared hosting services are automatically backed up every day, so you will always have the opportunity to roll back your VPS server or your website in case something goes wrong.
VPS servers are automatically configured with 1 IPv4 and IPv6 address, but you can add more later.
Yes, we offer an optional managed services plan for a monthly fee of €39, this gives you pro-active managed support help for the setup and management of your VPS server.
